Return Policy
We offer a return of faulty products.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at contact@veratron-shop.ch as soon as possible of notice the fault. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Items returned without prior authorization or outside the 1-day window will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of inspecting and restocking the returned item if it is not under warranty.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and then placing a new order for the desired item.
As with regular returns, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
